The challenge
This condominium project is in its interior finishing phase. The photos document rooms with flooring materials laid out and areas where installation is underway. They show the starting point for this phase, not the condition before the entire project began.

Our approach
Alex and Sons LLC is serving as the general contractor and carrying out the interior finishing work. Flooring installation is part of this phase, bringing the floor surfaces together as the property takes shape. The photos also show Alex on site during the work.

Where the work stands
The floor is partially installed in the areas shown, with materials still prepared for the remaining work. This is a progress update, not a completed-project reveal. Final photographs will be added when the finishing work is complete and documented.
