How estimate requests are handled.

When you submit the estimate form, Alex and Sons LLC receives the name, phone number, optional email address, New Jersey town, requested service, project description, preferred contact method and consent information you provide.

Estimate requests are recorded in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet and an email notification is sent to the company. The information is used to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, discuss the requested services and manage follow-up. Alex and Sons LLC does not sell estimate-request information.

This website may use Google Analytics to understand page visits and interactions such as clicks on call or text buttons, starting the estimate form, and successfully submitting a request. The website does not send the name, phone number, email address, town, or project description entered in the form to Google Analytics.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. To ask about or request deletion of an estimate request, email info@alexandsonsllc.com. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to calls or texts.
